TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2023 By Peter Obunyakha Omutsayi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Nicodemus Omutsayi Obunyakha alias Omutsai Obunyakha, who died at Khushiku in 2012. CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2023 By Malack Mbinji Imbaya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Zadock Maloba Lipinji alias Maloba Lipinji, who died at Mushiangubu in 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
