Box 34481–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sam Kalundu Keni, who died on 5th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By (1) Luka Musyoka Muia and (2) John Kyalo Muia, both of P.O. Box 2350–90100, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monthe Mutisya alias Monthe Mutisya Nzesi, who died on 13th May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 24th May, 2023.
