TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2023 By (1) Hannah Waithira Ghazi, (2) Salome Wanjiru Njoroge, and (3) Peter Njuguna Gitau, all of P.O. Box 1297–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Ng’ang’a alias Jeremiah Gitau Ng’ang’a, who died at The Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 24th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2023 By (1) Duncan Ndungu Nyoro and (2) Lincoln Chris Kabuye Kibiringe, both of P.O. Box 120–00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peninah Ngendo Nyoro alias Penninah Ngendo Nyoro, who died at Rironi, on 30th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
