TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 134 OF 2018 By (1) Maria Momanyi and (2) Dismas Moenga Momanyi, both of P.O. Box 874–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Momanyi Machuka, who died Bogiakumu, on 28th November, 1990. CAUSE NO. 31 OF 2023 By Kefa Oriku Monari, of P.O. Box 18–40502, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rinus Monari Oriku, who died on 1st June, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
