TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2023 By Margret Ogembo Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Otieno Obondo alias Elisha Otieno Bolo, who died at Gongo, on 6th June, 2007. CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2023 By Peter Ouma Odongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Odongo Agola, who died on 17th April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
