TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2023 By George Ojundo Ochere, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochere Ojak alias Thomas Ochere Ojak, who died at Kajulu, on 6th June, 2002. CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2023 By Jacob Ouma Mbata, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Oracha Mbata, who died at Kanyabala, on 29th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2023 By Calvince Ochieng Nyasugo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Okelo Nyasugo alias Benson Okelo, who died at South Nyanza, on 5th February, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
