TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2023 By (1) Moses Kipkosgei Keter and (2)Nelly Jerotich Cherimbor, both of P.O. Box 3076, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipketer arap Chelimlim alias Kipketer arap Chelilim, who died at Segero, on 9th July, 2007 CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2023 By (1) Leah Muthoni Maina and (2) Charles Mwaniki Maina, both of P.O. Box 113, Timboroa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of John Maina Mbuthia alias John Maina Njoroge, who died at Chagaiya, on 2nd October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
