E51 OF 2021 By Oloibor ole Tonkei Toronka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tonkei ole Butu Oloorkukuo alias Tonkey ole Butu, who died at Mililima Sub-location, on 15th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2021 (Formerly Nyamira Cause No. E113 of 2021) By (1) Jackline Mamthei Komenda alias Prosister Mamtei Komenda and (2) Jackson Kiwango Komenda, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus Komenda Ogato, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 21st July, 2009. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By (1) Naomi Ratia Mukenka and (2) Rose Kagwira Kabiti, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Kaimenyi Kabiti, who died along Namanga Road on 7th August, 2022.
