Box 98, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Mutwe Peter M’Ikenda, who died at Mugirirwa, Meru south, on 1st March, 2005. CAUSE NO. Box 38, Rubate in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gainford Mutegi Nanua, who died at Rubate, on 21st December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2023 By Estaline Ciandeke Nthiiri, of P.O. Box 51, Chuka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Nthiiri Muchiri, who died at Chuka Hospital in Kenya, on 6th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
