TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E401 OF 2023 By (1) Christopher Amwoka Andole, (2) Julieta Khatsika Andole and (3) Festo Swati Andole, all of P.O. Box 25, Kakamega in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andole Khalagi alias Wilson Andole, who died at Sasala Sub-location, on 12th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E404 OF 2023 By Dymphina Lukushi Mushila, of P.O. Box 104, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Linanti Mushila Shimosi alias Linant Mushila Shimosi, who died at Matsakha Sub-location, on 4th November, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
