Box 3042, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Onyango Dook, who died at East Songhor, on 12th January, 2004. CAUSE NO. E697 OF 2022 By Benter Achieng Amimo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seline Apiyo Kuogo, who died at West Reru, on 20th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E241 OF 2023 By Leonard Ogweyo Olita, of P.O. Box 241, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Olita Ondoro alias Olita Ondoro, who died at East Kanyadwera, on 10th September, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
