TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By (1) Susan Sikawa Ndungu (2) Mercy Nasieku Ndungu and (3) Erick Ndungu, all of P.O. Box 33, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isayah Duncan Ndungu alias Isaiyah Gathura Ndungu, who died at Nairobi Adventist Hospital in Kenya on 7th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
