NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-4, in Volume B-13, Folio 2282/19468, File No. 1637, by our client, Mary Gathoni Njeri, of P.O. Box 102–00202, Kenyatta Hospital in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Gathoni Kahoro, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Gathoni Kahoro and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Gathoni Njeri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Gathoni Njeri only.
