NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of laws of Kenya and following an authority and order under the Miscellaneous Application Case No. E59 of 2023 by the Senior Principal Magistrates Court, Naivasha, to the owners of the motor vehicles and motor cycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within Maai Mahiu Police Station yard, to collect the said motor vehicles and motor cycles at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to which Samdick Auctioneers, Naivasha, shall proceed to dispose of the said motor vehicles and motorcycles by the way of public auction on behalf of Maai Mahiu Police Station of they remain uncollected/unclaimed.
