THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Henry Mwali Mboli (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 6.93 hectares or thereabout, known as E. Bukusu/N. Sang’alo/1938, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas in the Bungoma Court in succession cause no. 1225 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration to Judith Kahera Fundi Mboli, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Henry Mwali Mboli (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Henry Mwali Mboli (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
