REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dauglas Mbugua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Subukia/Subukia Block 3/52, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of 2610 2610 Kenya at Nakuru in succession cause no. 328 of 2003, has issued a grant in favour of Ruth Wangui Mbugua, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of LRA. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Dauglas Mbugua (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission LRA. 50 in the name of Ruth Wangui Mbugua, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Dauglas Mbugua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
