REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anne Nyambura Kabui, of P.O. Box 807, Limuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.912 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 4885/54, situate in the South of Limuru Township in Kiambu district, by virtue of a grant registered as IR 40434/1, and whereas the registered proprietor has executed a transfer in respect of L.R. 4885/75 (Original 4885/54/5) containing 0.2000 hectare or thereabouts, in favour of (1) Benard Wainaina King’ori, (2) Jackson Nyaga King’ori, (3) Esther Wanjiku King’ori and (4) Milkah Wanjiru King’ori, and whereas an affidavit has been filed pursuant to section 31 s evidence that the said grant has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant provided that no objection has been received within that period.
