THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdulkarim Saleh Muhsin, of P.O. Box 87148, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land situate in district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXII/255, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (white card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed absolete and of no effect.
