REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Nicholas Stephen Otieno and (2) Franklin Eric Odhiambo Nyaseme (are the administrators of the estate of Elijah Dolfus Nyaseme), both of P.O. Box 21537–00505, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 654/17, situate in Kibos River in Kisumu District, registered as Volume H12, Folio 57/11, File 1366, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
