THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Herbert L. Martin Facet Khaemba, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 16/219, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease was erroneously issued and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the certificate of lease issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and revert it to Government of Kenya, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Herbert L.
