REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Blue Horizon Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 87148, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.6197 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 11326/II/MN, situate in Mtwapa Creek in Mombasa district, registered as CR. 49565, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of tittle has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
