REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Antony Xavier Claudino Pereira, as the administrator of the estate of Agapito Esperance Socorro Pireira (deceased), of P.O. Box 251–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 1.058 acres or thereabout, known as Mombasa/MS/Block 1/335, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
