REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nicholas Muumbi Manthi, of P.O. Box 42828, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0165 hectare or thereabouts, known as plot No. MN/VI/4257, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land certificate of tittle has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
