REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lilly Atieno Ombura, of P.O. Box 34721–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0384 hectare or 2598 2598 thereabouts, known as Plot No. 20792/III/MN, situate in Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi district, registered as CR. 61845/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of tittle has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
