REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenneth Stanley Haji, of P.O. Box 34004–89118, Nyali in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee from the Government of Kenya of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 24880, situate in the Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi district, registered as CR. 43746/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
