APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the Sacco Societies Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development appoints— Timothy Kihara Ngure, Methuselah Langat Rono, to be members of Board of Directors of the SACCO Societies Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 16th June, 2023. The appointments effected vide Gazette Notice Nos. 11500/2021 and 6230/2022 are revoked. Dated the 15th June, 2023.
