APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (d) (i) and (ii) of the Kenya Accreditation Service Act, as read together with section 51 of the Interpretations and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry appoints ― Grace A. Otieno, Judith Kerich, as members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Accreditation Service, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 16th June, 2023. The appointments effected vide Gazette Notice Nos. 8264/2022, and 9546/2022 are revoked. Dated the 15th June, 2023. MOSES KURIA, Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry.
