APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— (a) Symon Kimaru Maina to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the National Water Harvesting and Storage Authority, with effect from the 16th June, 2023 up to the 16th June, 2025 (b) Rodgers K. Chepkwony, Simon Ngugi Mwihaki, Bernard Kipsengeret Koros and Amina Shaban Mohamed as members of the Board of Directors of the National Water Harvesting and Storage Authority, with effect from the 16th June, 2023 up to the 4th July, 2025. The appointment of Samuel Thiongo Mwangi, Agnes Mwichigi, George Onyango Ndonji, Mohamed Awale, Caroline Muthoni Mwangi (Dr.) and Peter Shikuku Amisi (Eng.) is revoked. Dated the 7th June, 2023.
