NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-28, in Volume B-13, Folio 2283/19470, File No. 1637, by our client, Zaitun Mohamed Maboga, of P.O. Box 59–80400, Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Zaituni Mohamed Athman, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Zaituni Mohamed Athman and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zaitun Mohammed Maboga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Zaitun Mohammed Maboga only.
