NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th April, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 493, in Volume B-13, Folio 2274/19366, File No. 1637, by our client, Shanitah Namtaawe Mansoor, formerly known as Shanitah Namtaawe Max, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Shanitah Namtaawe Max and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shanitah Namtaawe Mansoor, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name, Shanitah Namtaawe Mansoor only.
