NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 974, in Volume DI, Folio 147/1558, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Johnson Gitari Kamata, of P.O. Box 4633– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Johnson Maina Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Johnson Maina Mwangi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Johnson Gitari Kamata, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Johnson Gitari Kamata only.
