NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 333, in Volume B-13, Folio 2279/19423, File No. 1637, by our client, Jyotika Harish Gami, of P.O. Box 87689–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jyotika Davendra Halai alias Jyotika Harishchandra Lalji, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jyotika Davendra Halai alias Jyotika Harishchandra Lalji and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jyotika Harish Gami, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name, Jyotika Harish Gami only.
