NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th December, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1679, in Volume DI, Folio 79/1008, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Janet Wanjiku Nguru (guardian), on behalf of Kioi Mark Nguru (minor), of P.O. Box 50740–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mark Nguru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mark Nguru and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kioi Mark Nguru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Kioi Mark Nguru only.
