NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th August, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 922, in Volume DI, Folio 160/1663, File No. MMXXIII, by my client, Francis Joseph Ndolo Maingi, formerly known as Joseph Ndolo Maingi Francis Ndolo Maingi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Ndolo Maingi Francis Ndolo Maingi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Francis Joseph Ndolo Maingi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Francis Joseph Ndolo Maingi only.
