REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), to the owners of the motor vehicles registration Nos. KBV 570F, KBP 824A, KBP 959V, KBY 253Q and KBS 747S, which have been lying at the premises of Bestways Trucks and Parts Garage, of P.O. Box 747–00520, Nairobi, to take delivery and remove the same from the premises within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the ammount due to our clients (1) Martin Kinuthia Gitau, (2) Robert Gathura Mucheru and (3) Kenneth Ndereva Gichamu, trading as Bestaways Truck and Parts Garage, including storage charges and any incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold by public auction or private treaty and proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against the stated charges.
