NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Feliben International Limited and/or John Kahunya Njihia, to take delivery of container No. MRKU7776807, from the yard of Stephen Churu Mugo, on Plot No. MN/VI/2555, Mombasa, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all storage charges together with other costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against accrued charges/costs and the balance if any, shall remain at the owners credit but should there be a shortfall the owners shall be liable thereof Dated the 12th June, 2023.
