NOTICE is given for the information of members of the general public that the business formally known as Eastbite Supermarket carried on at Plot No. A-58, Umoja Innercore, Nairobi, has been transferred and will be trading under a new name East Shoppers Supermarket, with effect from the 10th June, 2023. Particulars of the Transferor: Eastbite Supermarket Limited, P.O. Box 1462, Meru. Particulars of the Transferee: Moses Irungu Nganga, P.O. Box 744-00518, Nairobi. Take notice that all Creditors and Suppliers to Eastbite Supermarket Limited, should pursue any pending claims from the transferor since the transferee (or any of his entities) will not assume any liability incurred by the Transferor prior to the 10th June, 2023.
