GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8375

WHEREAS Waithaka s/o Rugu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Thegenge/Ihithe/349, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause No. 1182 of 2011, has issued grant of letters intestate to (1) Ferdinand Gathambiri Waithaka and (2) Esther Muthoni Gitahi, as administrators, and the beneficiaries are (1) Ferdinand Gathambiri Waithaka, (2) Esther Muthoni Gitahi, (3) Samuel Mathenge Waithaka, (4) Peter Waithaka Gachara, (5) James Mwangi Gachara and (6) Charles Marwa Gachara and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents R. L. 19 and R. L.7, in favour of the said (1) Ferdinand Gathambiri Waithaka and (2) Esther Muthoni Gitahi, as administrators, and the beneficiaries are (1) Ferdinand Gathambiri Waithaka, (2) Esther Muthoni Gitahi, (3) Samuel Mathenge Waithaka, (4) Peter Waithaka Gachara, (5) James Mwangi Gachara and (6) Charles Marwa Gachara and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Waithaka s/o Rugu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
