REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Kinyanjui Kahiga, of P.O. Box 98685– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest from the government of Kenya of all that piece of land containing 0.0378 hactare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No 1998/III/MN, situate in the North of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 30688, and whereas sufficient evidence has been 23rd June, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE adduced to show that the register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and the the registered owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file under the provisions of section 33 (3).
