IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) (b) of the College of Arms Act, the Attorney-General appoints— Joseph Waweru Kamenju Mwangi — Chairperson Members: Mary Clare Akinyi Kidenda, Lawrence Clement Oyaya, Lydia Wachira Muthuma, Patrick Mukabi, to be Chairperson and Members of the College of Arms, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th February, 2023.
