IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 (3) (a) and (g) of the Public Finance Management (National Government Affirmative Action Fund) Regulations, 2016, the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Gender and Affirmative Action appoints— RACHEL MBULA MUSYOKI to be a member and the Chairperson of the National Government Affirmative Action Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 23rd June, 2023.
