NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th April, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 806, in Volume DI, Folio 924/1535, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Nixon Ebboyi Nyadenya, of P.O. Box 735– 50300, Maragoli in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nixon Anyienda Ebboyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nixon Anyienda Ebboyi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nixon Ebboyi Nyadenya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nixon Ebboyi Nyadenya only.
