PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, notice is given to Equitorial Nut Processors Limited, of P.O. Box 39772–00623, Nairobi, the owner of motor vehicles reg. Nos. KAT 853H and KAR 932E, to take delivery of the said vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice from Simba Corporation Limited, located along Mombasa Road in Nairobi, upon payment of all outstanding repair and storage charges together with any other incidental costs incurred by the company until delivery of the motor vehicles is taken. Notice is further given that the motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale or part thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding amount owing, should the owner fail to take delivery within the suitable period as herein above stated.
