THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tom Vincent Simiyu Masinde, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.07 hectare or thereabouts, known as E. Bukusu/N. Sang’alo/4208, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Bungoma in E.L.C. No. 359 of 2010, has decreed that he was registered by mistake and the rightful owner is George Wafula Mafuke, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with rectification of register to reflect the registration of George Wafula Mafuke, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Tom Vincent Simiyu Masinde, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
