THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Wairimu Ndungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.3 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dagoretti/Riruta/6564, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 203 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Christine Wanjiku Ndung’u, and whereas the said administrator has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 39 in respect of the said piece of land and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease certificate and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 39 in favour of Christine Wanjiku Ndung’u, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Margaret Wairimu Ndungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
