WHEREAS Dominic Otieno Owino, of P.O. Box 9, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in in fee simple interest of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 3908, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of an indenture registered as LT. 42, Folio 90, File 11718, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said indenture thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period.
