REGISTRATION

WHEREAS The Public Trustee of Kenya as the administrator of the estate of (1) John Goddard Mburu (2) Mohsen Mohamed Ahmed Taib and (3) Johra Ali Ahmed, as the administrators of the estate of Mohamed Ahmed Taib, all of P.O. Box 30031, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/800/78, situate in the District of Nairobi in the Nairobi area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR. 25659, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of tittle has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
