IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Development appoints — Ahmed Jibril, Emma Wangari Wainaina, Rakesh Kumar Bvats, Patricia Chelimo, Anthony Kaara, as members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Industrial Estates, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 26th May, 2023.
