IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (1) (h) of the Irrigation Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— 26th May, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE JULIUS K. NDUMBI to be a member of the Board of Directors of the National Irrigation Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 26th May, 2023.
