THE RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT
(No. 3 of 1997)
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 47 (2) of the
Retirement Benefits Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National
Treasury and Economic Planning appoints—
Timothy Kimathi, Anthony Kiprono, to be members of the Retirement Benefits Appeals Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 26th May, 2023.
